You don't need the Alfaview app to participate. Nevertheless, for an optimal experience, we recommend downloading the most recent version of the Alphaview-app. You will receive your Alfaview link shortly before your appointment. Please check in on time. Time missed is not added

Clinical Settings

During therapeutic CACF sessions, you create meaning through art and the creative force of the Focusing Felt Sense

We offer three settings for clinical 1: 1 sessions that use the  Creative Arts and Culture Focusing (CACF) framework. Our sessions are available live and online

* CACF in Art Therapy

Therapeutic art activities that engage clients with culture-sensitive representatives of museum art. The art-making process stems from the Felt Sense and is followed by  reflection on the artwork

* CACF in Focusing Therapy:

Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy (FOT) that includes culture-sensitive references for museum-based, art-oriented Slow-Looking. It may also include expressing the Felt Sense artistically

We offer two formats of non-clinical support based on the Trans- and Intercultural Arts in Focusing (TICAF) framework. Our sessions are available live and online

* CACF in Positive Art-Based Counseling for Existential Well-Being

INFOBOX TICAF in Positive Art-Based Counseling for Existential Wellbeing

In Positive Art-Based Counseling for Existential Wellbeing, the focus is on positive psychology and the use of receptive arts engagement, such as reflecting and meditating on artwork from museum collections around the world

Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that deals with what makes life most worth living. It uses evidence-based insights and tools to help people thrive, not just cope. This is especially true in situations involving an existential threat, such as chronic illness
